Ht. 5'6, Wt. 195 - i was walking with my friend today and this guy was sitting with some of his friends and he was like YOUR FAT ! and my friend said that im just paranoid and that he didnt say that .. but i think she was just trying to make me feel better i know what i heard

i just keep gaining and gaining and getting nowhere and it must stop i need to work out intensley and eat wiseley or im gonna just keep getting bigger

thats is good that your thinking and planning, but are you planning for you are you 100 percent ready or are you doing thinfor others? only when you your body and mind are willing then you will be successful

Yeah, like Mikayla said! Start by adding in exercise. Then add in 6 glasses of water and subtract sodam sugary sweets, etc. Then start following the food pryamid more closely. Pay attention to your body! Don't feed it junk! Make it strong and healthy! Try talking to your doctor or school nurse about realisitc goals for your build and body type.

Don't work out intensely. Don't panic and start hurting yourself. You have to ease yourself into something. Just start by going out walking for 30 minutes and trading healthier alternatives for a few foods you eat.
