Ht. 5'3", Wt. 204... blah! - So far this year I haven't visited this site very much... I don't think that helps any... but I lost 15 pounds a year ago, and have maintained it for a year now! I guess that's good. Anyways... I want to get back on track with my weight loss. I am working right now to save up some sweet moolah for college next year... and I would LOVE to lose 50-70 pounds before then. I am aiming for 50 for now, because I don't know how I will look after that much weight loss. It's great because where I work, I have the healthiest choices for food I could possibly imagine! Everything there is healthy and fresh except for the cookies, haha! My problem is, when I get home from work, I tend to snack... and then I snack again about an hour or so after dinner. And if it was a healthy choice like fruits or veggies, that would be fine, but I usually pick something dumb like ice cream or chocolate... or something bad like that. So I need work on that. Another thing, is I am totally out of shape!!! I need some serious toning... especially in my abs. I was thinking about doing a pilates tape I have that combines cardio and strength training, three times a week... and I work about 20-30 hours a week... so if I can change those things (getting more exercise and healthier snacking), is that good, and will I lose weight fast enough? Any comments or suggestions are very much appreciated! And sorry this thing is so long... Hope you all got through it ok. Thanks!

ok, first, why is that stuff in the house?! get it out, and fast. make bags that have YOUR name on it, and put stuff that you like that is healthy, and eat that. drink A LOT of water, and stay away from juice. i find that chewing gum is good, because it keeps your mouth occupied. keep up the good work, and you can do it!
