Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 (finally!) - I seem to see a lot of posts that say that you want to lose weight for a guy, and I wanted to finish that up with a few blunt words. 1. If you lose weight for a guy, you're not going to keep it off, and he still might not notice you. 2. That weight should be coming off for YOU, and no one else. Only you can make yourself lose weight, not your parents, not your friends, not your boyfriend, YOU! 3. Even if that guy was attracted to you after that, it is NOT for the right reasons. So ladies, be smart, and lose weight for yourself, only you. You can't live not being happy with yourself. You either have to love yourself, or change yourself so you can. You should be doing this voluntarily, not by punishment. C'mon, girls! Were better than this!

Exactly. And if you have a guy already use him to help you weight loss. Thats what he's there for. Make him go running with you, and then yell at him when he's going to fast. When he complains pull the whole I'm upset act on him and eventually you'll get about 3 miles down at your pace. Believe me it works.

I don't lose weight FOR the guy. I lose it for health but use the guy as motivation ::winks::
