Ht. 5'2, Wt. 199 - I have a problem losing weight I like to lose like 30 or 40 ilbs before Christmas. But every time I weigh my self I lose like two or three pounds then like a couple days later I"ll weigh my self again and I have put the weight back on. I weigh 198 but the scale say I weigh 200 or 201 all the time. I think it's saying I weigh more because of my period. I do about 100 situps a day and 30 squats 20 plie squats and 20 pushups. Plus I play basketball at school for recess and sometimes soccer. Can someone tell me what Im doing wrong please.

My advice is more cardio, change it up some. Also check food. Are you drinking soda every day?? Maybe you take seconds every night?? Some chips when you get home?? No breakfast and then pig out at dinner?? Come home and snack?? There are a million diffent food mistakes you can make without ever knowing it.
