Ht. 5ft 4, Wt. 160 - hey guys its really hard for mr to do intense workouts so i do like 25 sit ups on the ball a day and everyday i try to add 25 more will that help me in any way to lose weight especially in my stomach area?

Doing sit-ups actually doesn't burn fat. It tones core muscles. Cardio is what you need to succeed.

and if you add 25 to your routine everyday you'll be on that ball for hours and hours.

you need cardio. what you are doing is nowhere near enough. go for a walk or something
