Ht. 5'4, Wt. around 155 - i havent been eating healthy lately but ive been runnning a lot and excercising. everyday ive been eating chips for lunch, pop tarts for brekafast, and a a little hershey bar everyday along with 2-3 chocolate chip cookies. ive been doing horrible by now i must weigh over 155. the part that sucks is my scale hasnt been working forever. thats bad isnt it? well i need a way to stay commited. i know what to eat and how to excercise. COMMITTING is what i can't do. i couldnt look any fatter. =(
