Ht. 5ft 1in, Wt. 15 pounds to go!! - WOOHOO I just finished one of my sister's worout tapes. It was Billy Blanks Tae-Bo. It's awsome!! Have any of you ever heard of him. I feel so good, and not tired!!

Frankly I can't follow any work out tapes besides Richard Simmons and Carmen Electra. Must be my lack of coordination.
