Ht. 5'2, Wt. 199 - Does anyone know workouts I should do to lose 45 pounds by January. Im doing pushups,squats,plie squats and situps.

Reply from Angie, Age 16 - 10/04/06 - IP#: 24.67.236.xxx Well first of all its october so a healthy weight loss would be 1 to 2 pounds per week(doctor told me faster the weight comes of faster it will come back)Meaning if you lose weight by drastic;y cutting yourself off obviously you cannot go on a strict diet for say the next 20 (or as long as you want to stay thin)As soon as you go of youll gain weight just as fast as you lost it so Please try & take it slow.I know it is hard.I did the same thing lose fast gain fast.Also if you want to lose weight lighten up on the muscle building go for endurance like walking bikrideing, jogging ect youll get no where fast,After youv lost most f the weight you want to then do half and half muscle & endurance .Youll need to tone up your skin after losing 45 lbs.Remember you can do it!!! lol
