Ht. 5'7, Wt. not sure - So, i'm back on my diet.
my daily drink will be water and juice and once in a while a diet soda. eat a lot of vegetables and for lunch a turkey sandwich with wheat bread mmm.. and then for a snack a salad.
my mom's sister who is my aunt duh sent us these wonderful shakes that have your daily vitamins in it. and you have one for breakfast and lunch and dinner and a snack but you're suppose to drink it a half an hour before you eat a meal so it works. and my uncle said he lost 30 lbs in 30 days. i need to loose at least 10 pounds before homecoming which is in 3 weeks. so im gonna work hard. tonight im going to do 30 sit ups and 10 push ups and tomorrow im gonna go running. i think this diet may work out after all = ]
