Ht. 5'2, Wt. 199 - I really like this boy in my class and I overheard someone if im right that he likes me to. Now I really want to start working out and try to lose weight so he will think that I can do sports better. Im already doing Cardio. Does any one know if yoga really works? I tried it before and plus cardio and strenth and lost 3 pounds that day I ate really healthy I didn't eat breakfast and for lunch I ate a ceasar salad and I don't remember what I hade for dinner.

Yoga is very relaxing and peaceful plus it is very good exercise but it is really hard for me all the lift yourself up kinda stuff so i like to stick to cardio and pilates
