Ht. 5'5, Wt. 195 - HI Again. my name is jordan and this my second day. there is a program called the family c.a.t.c.h. this program says you sould try to get 1700 to 1800 calories plus at least 1 hour of exersize. If you do this daily you sould lose about 1 to 2 pounds a week, which is a healty amount each week. Plese respond if this works for you. thanks
