Ht. 5'0, Wt. 185 - I'm having a horrible time. Haven't lost weight in a few months. Starting to gain a few pounds. Now my clothes aren't fitting as nicely. I don't want to revert back to my old ways so I am going to force myself to start going on walks again with my dog and then do 30 minutes on the treadmill or eliptical with some weights and stuff. My eating was getting out of control too. I haven't had junkfood in a few months, but i had some at a party and i've forgotten how addicting it can be.

you shouldn't deprive yourself of all junk food. giving yourself a little something once a day can keep you from binging later. but, if having just a little will make you eat it non stop, then skipping it all together i guess is better. anyway i recommend 100 calorie packs of cookies, low fat ice cream bars (skinny cow and weight watchers is good) etc. good luck!
