Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - P.S Sorry guys! Food today: Breakfast: peanut butter on rye bread, yogurt/Lunch: chicken noodle soup (with some veggies), Kashi pumpkin spice flax bar/Snack: lowfat pudding, pack of mixed nuts and dried cranberries/Dinner: 1 bowl of hearty veggie stew, 2 smal slices light foccha pie (pizza with hardly any cheese at all, little bits of ham, and roasted veggies)/Dessert: small piece of dark chocolate, maybe a baked apple later or somrthihg! :0) How'd I do??
