Ht. 5.6, Wt. s-204lb c- 189lb - when i got home from school i was like sooooo dont want to go to the gym right now but then im like get off ur ass and go u'll regret it if u dont lol so i did and i dod 20mins on tradmill, 20 on cross trainer and 10 on the bike (that bike is the devil i swear!!) haha and now i feel so great :D food today i had - B: 2 weet-bix, L: 2 mini quiches S: McDonalds cookies :( and D:lean cousine mean- sundried tomato tortalli...mm still on a hgih from the exercise something about the endorphins haha :D

sounds pretty good. you know the cookies were bad and you should try to get some more fruits and veggies, but the excersice was awesome!
