Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 - breakfast bowl of cherrios. snack string cheese. lunch peanut butter samwhich, south beach peanut butter cookie, jello sugar free, 100 calorie pack. dinner i had chicken, green beans and apples. dessert skinny cow. does that sound good

Okay I'm going to tell you something that I tell everyone who posts food logs on here. I'm a firm believer in the right portion size. I've lost so much weight just looking at portion sizes. This may sound a little OCD but you'll only have to do it for a little while. Could you possibly measure everything that you eat? Because that bowl of cheerios can be bad if you're eating 2 or 3 servings. That way I can make sure your eating just the right amount. Thanks and good luck!!!

sounds like a lot of high fructose corn syrup and trans fats. Maybe find organic brands of your foods to avoid it.

maybe cut out the skinny cow dessert and one of the things for lunch.
