Ht. 5''9, Wt. about 275lbs - Okay I posted a story on here and said I was starting TTAPP but it doesn't seem to work can someone give me tips or their diets they did to loose weight the healthy way?

ok heres what u do. . take baby steps. . cut out just one junk food, like soda, or chips, or donuts, or candy . but u gotta substitute something else for it. like if u cut out soda, then substitute ice water, tea, fruit2o, or diet soda. . and no matter what u cut out u r gonna crave it for maybe 2 weeks, then less and less til u dont miss it hardly. . so then u can cut out sumthin else, and so on. . each time u r gonna crave it for like a couple weeks then lots less. . doin active stuff reely helps too like walkin ur dog or anything to gets rid of nervous energy. . cutin out just a few things will have big results over time. . also write down ur feelings when u crave sumthin; r u really hungry or do u just want comfort from food? theres better ways to comfort urself like a friend or a pet. .anyways this works for me. ~M~
