Ht. 5'3, Wt. 215 - so i have offically lost 5 lbs ....... today so far i ate a weight loss shake only 230 calories for brekfast and 1 saltine cracker for snack........ by the way its only 10 int the moning so thats y i havent ate alot.... butis that good???
Reply from Mikayla, Age 16 - 10/13/06 - IP#: 24.18.50.xxx well i have no idea what was in that shake, so I dont know. If it was slimfast then it wasnt good because its extremely high in sugar. I recommend making your own shake. Take a scoop of protein powder, some fruit, ice and milk, and blend it together. there are some yummy recipes online. Or just eat a balanced meal.
