Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - THIS WHAT I HAD TODAY BREAKFAST HAM SANWHICH WITH WHEAT BREAD NO CHIPS JUST A SMALL DRINK OF POWERADE. fOR LUNCGH I HAD A CHIKCNED SANDWHICH AND SOME CHIPS AND WATER. FOR SUPPER I HAD SPAGATII IN CHILLI WATER AND FOR SNACK I HAD PEANUT BUTTER AND CRAKERS I ALSO HAD BAREQUE TURKEY LEG ME AND MY MOM SHARED BUT IT WAS NASTY SO I DIDN'T EAT THAT MUCH. i ONLY HAD LIKE ONE SMALL SIP OF POP OTHER WISE ALL I HAD WAS WATER AND A SMALL SIPS OF POWERADE. EXERCISE WAS 30 MIN OF BASKETBALL AND 15 MIN OF BASKETBALL PLUS MY CARDIO. HOW DID I DO TODAY IM THE ONE WHO HAD THE HARDEES. pLEASE TELL ME HOW I DID.

Yeah they are really hard to read, it seems like you are screaming at us. But anyways, that is pretty good, and healthy. I am not saying this about anyone in particular, but some people think you have to starve yourself to lose weight, which is totally untrue.
