Food today: Breakfast: Amy's organic frozen spinach and feta pocket, 1 cup strawberries w/ fat free Reddi Whip/Lunch: 1 sliver of leftover peperoni pizza, 1 cup veggie soup/Dinner: 1 serving cornish hen, 1 pepper stuffed with cornbread dressing (homemeade, not that boxed crap), pumpkin, squah, Reece's pb cup. How'd i do?

you might want to stay away from the pizza and resees pb cup. Be careful of the cornbread dressing too, dressing can have a lot of fat in it.
