Ht. 5'3", Wt. 142 - okay so for breakfast I had two scrambled eggs and 1 piece of toast, lunch I had 1 cup macaroni and cheese (made with skim milk and no butter), for snack I had 100 calorie fat free pudding with a small rice kripsie (yeah I splurged on the rice krispis) for dinner I had steak and homemade mashed potatoes (made with skim milk and light I can't believe it's not butter) So how did I do?

But you need to eat less starches a.k.a white potatoes and replace them with fruits, veggies and things like nuts and olive oils. I'm trinyg to ween myself off of white potato4es for the most part. Eat yams or sweet potatoes instead, which are loaded with vitamin A and karotein! :0)
