Ht. 5'3", Wt. 200 - "how hard would it be to stop an adiction so Achahol if you had to have a little of it every day?? Maybe thats why it's so hard to stop being adicted to food, because you have to have a little of the "drug" every day or you will die??" I know most people have heard somethink along those lines but it's a hard thing to face it's an adiction but how do you stop and adiction that you still have to have some of the drug every day?? WTF??

I think what they mean, is that it's hard to stop an addiction cold turkey. You have to slowly wean yourself off something otherwise you shock your system. So for the like first two weeks of your diet you should slowly change your eating habits. If there are foods you can eat a little bit of and not go crazy then by all means have it. If there are other foods like potato chips that you can't eat a single portion of, then don't have any. You just have to know yourself and how much you can trust yourself.
