Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - so im on that kelloggs weight loss plan so heres what i had today. breakfast-kelloggs bar& banana& one cup of skim milk w/ 2 glasses of water. lunch-kelloggs bar& apple& a water bottle.snack after school-popcorn& hot chocolate=a total of 150 calories. Excercise-field hockey for 15 minutes. , 20 situps, 10 pushups& riding my bike to and from school.
