or you could brush your teeth when your done eating dinner so you almost won't want to snack, because it would taste weird with the mint abnd you wont want to brush your teeth all over again.

I get snack sized candies and I put them in the freezer. I grab 2 or 3 of them out and I eat them slowly and I savor the yummy becuase they are yummy!! I then go brush my teeth and pop a piece of sugar free Extra gum. the 2 or 3 candies is only 150 calories it's not a huge set back if any at all. It keeps me from going and benging on a bowl of icecream and a box of cookies so I"m happy. Of course I don't do candy every night that would be kinda bad with all the fat and sugars they have. I have candy when I need the sugar (lol yea I NEED it...like I need anything fatning!!) Anyways other nights i have fruits like melons. There so sweet and yummy. YOu also might like 100 calories pack (I'm not a huge fan of them). Also at night if you eat at like 6 and your up at 10 and you feel like you want to eat you might be HUNGRY!! I mean you havn't ate for 4 hours so you have to think about that. Getting rid of your night time cravings could be as easy as having a scedualed snack like an apple or a dozen baby carrots. Well I relize this is long and I rambled a lot but I hope it helped.
