Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This what I had today. For breakfast I had bagel with bacon egg and cheese on it from mcdonalds plus some pop. For lunch I had noodles and water and some chips and a cookie. For supper I had noodles and potatoes cottage cheese and applesauce and water. How did I do today I know I did pretty bad.

Well you drank water, thats good!! lol it looks like you had a little of an off day but don't worry just get back on track. Also there are much better things to get from McDonalds. There fruit n yogur parfays rock and so do there fruit in walnut salad. BUt if you don't eat the "candy" walnuts it saves a lot of calories. Whats the point of candy on a salad anyways?? LIke there trying to destroy the healthy appls and grapes!!
