Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - my second day on that kelloggs diet plan. you have 2 meals with fruit and a kellogs bar and your third meal normally. so breakfast- banana& kellogs bar& skim milk. lunch-kellogs bar& apple& water. snack-hot cocoa&popcorn. dinner-2 dumplings. 2 tablespoons of rice. 2 spicy chicken pieces.snack- 2 TINY cookies. 1 peice of broccoli. excercise-300 crunches. 20 pushups. good?
