Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170ish - day one of dieting and i did pretty good. breakfast-granola bar(200) Snack-Grapes(200) Lunch-Chicken terr. wrap from Subway chips and a diet coke(500) Dinner-slice of pizza(300) desert-tootsie pops(50) popsicle (50. Im trying to get my eating habits down before i add in more of my workouts. I plan to work out in my room..and do about 15 mons. of cardio a day. Then in December i am getting a membership to 24 hour fitness. Everyday i lift weights for about 20 mins.

good job! make sure your not lifting weights in the same places every day though because the muscles actually benifit when your resting the day after you work them.. so you can do like upper body one day and lower body the next if you want to do something every day.
