Ht. xx, Wt. 187 - If I eat 1500 calories a day and burn 2000 extra will that kind of weight loss be ok?

well its not really healthy to burn 2000 calories through just excersice.. but eating 1500 calories is perfectly healthy and burning about 500 calories through excersice is safe.. and the rest you will burn just from metabolism, and like standing up and stuff, so eating 1500 calories with maybe an hour of excersice a day will definetly help you lose weight.
