Ht. 5ft 7 in, Wt. 174 - Okay for the past couple of weeks I have only been eating lunch consisting of maybe 150 calories at the most some time as little as 25 calories. I eat whatever my family eats for dinner. Consisting from 250 to 400 a night. Am I doing okay even though I'm not eating dinner. I've lost 15 lbs doing this. Everyone keeps telling me it's unhealthy but what do you think. And if someone has suggestions email me xokimixo123@yahoo.com

that is unhealthy... most doctors reccomend you eat 5-6 small meals a day, throughout the day to keep ur metabolism up and to keep u full....
by only having lunch is making ur body starve and as soon as u start eating regularly, u will prob end up gaining all the weight back.. also, u should always have breakfast.

Its very unhealthy. Its called starvation.
