Ht. 5'9, Wt. 179.2 - hey what are some good excercises for lower belly? my upper stomach is like fine and then i have a huge fat roll on my lower stomach...and also any good butt/upper thigh work outs??

well stomach exercises will help, but you really need cardio. But for a lower stomach exercise try lying on your back with your knees up. Put out your arms and reach forward to your left, forward, and right. You should feel it burning in your lower stomach.

Yeah, agreed. you can't spot reduce but for toning try six inches with flutter kicks.

crunches work really well but u need to lose the fat on ur stomach firs or else the muscile will just be under it. hope i helped!
