Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - This is what I had today. For breakfast I had candy i know bad. for lunch I had a ceasar salad with grilled chicken from mcdonalds and water. For supper i had two helpings of spahagetti with sauce and peaches with water.How I do plus for snack I had popcorn and some chips. Plus lots of cardio. I did 181 all togather for exercises. How Did I do.

Will everyone stop saying I didn't have enough fruit and vegetables I know I didn't have any stop telling me that i didn't have enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

well you definetly didn't have enough fruits and vegetables.. also ceasar dressing can have a lot of fat in it, making a salad not so healthy, so make sure you get low fat dressing.. and instead of having 2 servings of pasta, try having 1 serving and a salad or somethign like that.
