Ht. 5'6, Wt. 157 - volleyball season has ended, so now i can actually start a serious workout plan. i working towards 2lbs per week, and hopefully by january i will be 135 lbs. i really don't want to be skinny skinny, then i won't look good in dresses, anyone know what i mean? anyways i'm starting the mediterranean diet, to keep my heart healthy and to lose weight. wish me luck!

well that is a great mind set. but i want to give you some advice. im telling you now, that if you are going on a strict diet like the mediterranian diet, it weill most likely not last for long. do a diet that works for you. you know what foods are and arent healthy for you. simple as that. but i wish you good luick either way u go!

You go girl. Looking good at a weight that is good for your body it the best not looking good at a weight that is "ideal". I'm persanaly working on getting down to 120-125 depends on my muscle mass and all them factors. But i"m only 5'3 so thats a good weight not to low and deffently not to hi. YOU CAN DO IT!! ROCK ON!!
