Ht. 5'5, Wt. 218 - Okay, here's the deal, I know I'm overweight, and the reason why is because I've gone through so much crap in my life, I guess the weight shot straight up. Good News is, I found a way to lose weight without having to change much. One way, if your in a challenging high school like me, food is probally the last thing on your mind, so instead of going straight home, go to the library and do your homework there, and clubs are great too. Doing something you love is going to get your mind off food, and more on having fun. DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST! If you do, all you think aboiut is your hunger, and you over-eat at lunch! Find a route that will leave you about 3-4 blocks away freom the school. I take the train everyday, and I live in the city, so walking is in my day, everyday! Speand a little more time on how you look, If you put more thought into it, you won't wanna mess it up but eating something greasy and messy, and might settle for a piece of fruit. Want fast food, get a fast food salad with grilled chicken. Trust me, I tried it once, and I FELL IN LOVE WITH THEM!!! They are extremely good. Talk to a friend in helping you along the way! Speak to your guidence cousnler, sometimes you get things off your chest better with a stranger than someone close to you. Do your nails, greasy food will only mess them up, so you won't want to do that! Participate in gym, and if your high school has more gym programs, sign up for one you like, Yoga for example. It's not much strain, and yoga burns a lot more caleries, even you you can't fully do the moves, only because it's all breathing, and it gets your mind of food and relaxes your body ALL AT ONCE!!! And finally, have water instead of soda, why? Because it takes away your craving for something to drink and at the same time, cleanses your system.
