Ht. 5.2, Wt. 135 - hello everybody how much weight should i lose im trying to get down to 100 like most of my friends but my boyfriend thinks i should lose more what do you guys think?

I have a sandwitch every day on wheat bread and half a wheat english muffin for breakfast every day. Saying NO to a food won't help you in the long run. Bread is ok. All food is ok just in moderation.
Reply from alexis, Age 13 - 10/24/06 - IP#: 72.224.46.xxx dont let ur bf influence you because you know boys they want the "perfect" gf, skinny and all that other stuff. you can accomplish a realistic goal and get to a weight that you are confident with. dont let his thoughts have an impact on you. the may cause toher than what you want********(if he has enough impact or any toher influencial person, it may cause to losing weight in unhealthy ways or it may give you a lack of confidence when yopu believe you are not "good enough" for him/them.)

Reply from missy, Age 13 - 10/24/06 - IP#: 68.38.211.xxx well, 100 sounds fine but below 100? i think you'd look anorexic if you went below 100. youre not so overweight your just like 24 pounds overweight. thats not bad at all. just DONT EAT BREAD. and NO JUNK FOOD. thats what im doing and i already lost 5 pounds in a week. but youre allowed to have one thing of junk food ONCE a week just so youre not going crazy. trust me it all pays off. just think after you lose a little above average, then you can always eat some junk after but if i were you, i'd like to keep eating healthy so you dont go into those bad habits again =]

Reply from ~*Kaylee*~, Age 14 - 10/23/06 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx depends if your 5.2 feet tall then 105 is around a good weight. BUT if your 5 foot 2 inches then you should shoot for around 115. Now I'm not a docter and i don't know you so thats not 100% right but "ideal" is 105 for 5 foot and 5 pounds per inch after that. Of course there is a lot more that factors into what a person should weight. If you will feel comftorble with your self at 100 the go for it but do it a healthy way. However if you want to go lower than that because of your friend or boyfriend then it's a bad idea!! You will be you and you will be a great person no matter what your weight is so don't let anyone say that "less than 100 is perfect of you" Or that anything is perfect or right for you. You know yourself so go for your best. Win the gold for yourself not for anyone else!! You can do it!!
