Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - so now ive made a descision on my GOAL weight. my goal weight is 120 pounds. thats 40 pounds lighter than what i am but so far my highest weight has been 168, and my weight now is 160. honestly im not gunna wanna run and walk for excercising, so what about jumping in place for 15 minutes or playing some ddr? would that help make me lose weight?

Jumping Jacks! they work close to every musel in your arm leg and adomnomin! and they are FUN!!!! also back musels too!

Jumping in place for 15 minutes? I don't think so. That sounds boring. Maybe try hula hooping that is fun. Or do arm excercises with 5-pound weights to build muscle. Bike riding is good. Whatever you do, just try to get in at least 30 minutes of excercise a day (aim for 1 hour if you can) and eat healthy. Stick to this.

excersice videos are fun to, because "jumping in place" for 15 minutes will burn calories, but you'll be bored out of your mind and its not enough excersice. ddr is good though.
