Strictly speaking, I'm sure those salads are far from organic and usee excess amounts of bad fats (hdyonated oils, trans fats, saturated fats) plus loads of salt and maybe even some sugar. BUT, yeah, the greans are fairly nutritioucs and so are the lean proteins in the chicken, so I'd say totally go for it! Remember, salads, veggie burgers, and water ARE ALWAYD BETTER THAN A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER, FRIES AND A DIET COKE! Only eat fast food now and again. If youy absoulty MUST have something quick, why not just eat a Weight Watchers of Healthy Choice frozen dinner? :0)

they have 290 calories if you eat the whole thing and put ALL the dressing on it. thats what i always get. make shure the chicken is "grilled" not "crispy"
GOOD LUCK!!!

Those are one of the best salads you can get from a fast food restaurant(taste and health wise) because it comes with really low fat dressing...and you can always ask for like no seaseme noodles and stuff...

probably better than a burger or whatever.. but some salads are made bad with high fat dressings, cheese, croutons, bacon, etc. so look at whats on it and you can judge for yourself. or you can just look on google or somewhere like caloriesperhour.com to find the exact number of calories/fat/sugar etc
