I want to see where I am by thanksgiving break and then I"m going to set a goal for myself to lose a certain amount of pounds or portion a certain food. I'm also doing a 6mile run over thanks giving break called a Turkey Trot. Just set your goals and you can do anythign!!

It was the best 2 weeks of my life. I had an awesome time with presents and things like that. It was better than shoving my face full of the great food. I still ate christmas dinner just controlled myself. It's completly possible just set your mind to it!!
