Ht. 5'5", Wt. u dun wanna know - heyyyy peoples. what excercise should I do today and how much? I don't have any gym equipment or like a gym membership but I have a hula hoop and 2 5 pound weights haha. I could jog or walk or what eva, I dunno. What do u think? My volleyball season just ended yesterday. =(

well you could do squates, push ups, crunches, and anything that tires you out.:D
