Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - breakfast- breakfast bar=130 calories. lunch- carrots, water, half a sandwich, some yogurt, and a tiny bit of chips. ((me and my friend shared.)) snack-100 calorie progresso soup& an energy bar. dinner-some alfredo.desert-two cookies=140 calories. excercise- i walked a mile. was today good?
