Ht. 5'1, Wt. 175 - Hey! So far the day has gone great! Breakfast- Juice and yogurt (200 cals) Snack- Grapes and diet mt dew(??? cals) Lunch- Healthy Choice(300 cals) and for dinner im not quiet sure yet...right now i am planning on taking my dog for a walk...even though it is FREEZING. Heres to Losing 40 pounds!

I only need 1200 calories a day and my dinner made up for the rest...

you have only consumed 500 calories so far... u need to eat about 1500 calories because we are in our crucial teenage years where u need a lot of nutrients

Wow you lost 40 pounds thats really good. but is your weight now 175 or 135?
