Ht. 5'1, Wt. 175 - Hey! So far the day has gone great! Breakfast- Juice and yogurt (200 cals) Snack- Grapes and diet mt dew(??? cals) Lunch- Healthy Choice(300 cals) and for dinner im not quiet sure yet...right now i am planning on taking my dog for a walk...even though it is FREEZING. Heres to Losing 40 pounds!
