Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - Today I had ceral with milk. lunch I had chips and 2 bits of a lean cusine that was awful and water some cookies which was low in calories. For supper I had an salad and pizza from monicles with water.plus basketball and more basketball. And cardio. How Good did I do.

Well to start off I'll tell you what I tell everyone who posts food logs up here. In order to give you specific help I need to see specifics. Not only brands and types but amounts. It seemed like you did okay with calories but you really lack any nutrients. Try to have a vegetable or fruit with atleast every meal and alteast two glasses of milk to start out with. Then work your way up from there. Good luck!
