Ht. 5'8, Wt. 140-200 - Hi my name is Reshandra and i have been struggling since last year i ave had problems with self confidence i look at my self and think i am ugly u know i have stress problems just to have someone to talk to about weight and diets will raise up my confidence i have lost 20 pounds but i want more off i use to be a size 10 but i have changed since middle school it has been hard to keep steady on diest and exercising it gets hard but just sticking to the routine would help feel free to email me at shania1sing@yahoo.com to help are talk about weight and dieting i would love to have a email buddy :[]

Yeah since im in 7th grade it's really hard to see your self really skinny. Do about 456 exercise like 40-60 each thing you do.
