Okay... not so much, but we'll try to make it better. First of all it seems like you need breakfast thats convenient and on the go. Stock up on she really high fiber granola bars, and bannanas. If you really crave that whole egg, cheese, bacon thing, get some breakfast lean pockets. They're better than mcdonalds but you'll still get that same vibe. Plus they're more convenient and easier to eat as well as they cost less. For lunch it looks like your eating school lunches. See if you can bring your own lunches with yummy salads, sandwhiches, and all around better things. Make them the night before so you have more time to make them more delicious. Try to make them as fancy and gourmet as you can and you won't feel deprived. Don't bring any more money for school lunches. Or try and get soup or something. Since its cheaper just bring the right amount of money for soup so that's all you have. Your dinner was good, but try to stay away from the powerade. Instead try Vitamin water. It has the same amount of calories but sneaks some vitamins in there. Don't drink it with dinner. My thought is to have water whenever you eat, and if you really want something sweet to drink, pour 8 ounces of vitamin water in a glass and really savor it like a glass of wine. Instead of your exercise just being walking, you should probably do something more. I always say exercise shouldn't be planned, but the walking around stores are just fun bonuses. Instead get outised with a soccer ball or dance in your room. Pop in a workout tape or something. You'll feel much better afterwards than just walking. So take this to heart and try to do better for tomorrow.

yeah.. cole slaw has mayo so thats bad. french fries are horrible. and mcdonalds is bad to. but, good exercise although other days you need to make sure you do something that really gets your heart working.
