Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - week three starts tomorrow forr my diet =] kk. breakfast-eggs. lunch- grilled chicken w/ mayonasse sandwich. snack-2 oreos. 2 chocolate tiny chip cookies. sorry couldnt help myself =] dinner- shrimp and noodles. snack- chocolate milk& popcorn. exercise- LOTS OF CARDIO. about a total of an hour of dancing and i jogged around a track once. ehh i know i couldve did better. but hey, im gunna get serious again lol. my weekend was full of parties so, you cant blame me. lol. ill start getting more fruitylicious again tomorrow =] lol

not good u havent had any fruits or veggies, and u've had a lot of refined grains, try to have only 1 to 2 treats a week niot a day
