Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - i have lost 15 pounds in the past month. it comes off slowly. to stop my cravings i had fruit for breakfast and low calorie meals. if i was hungry then i would have fruit as a snack. i have been drinking loads of water and went out for walks to the stores to get fruit for the next day. god luck everyone
