Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - breakfast-chocolate muffin =/ lunch-ham sandwich with light mayonasse on whole grain bread w/ a water bottle and a organic fruity granola bar. snack after school= popcorn. dinner-alfredo. exercise-jog for 5 minutes. stretched for 10 minutes. football. dance for 2 hours.

urghh i broke down just before and had 3 double stuffed oreos and a FAT FREE NESQUIK =] see im smart. i choose fat free =] hah. lol
