Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S: 184 N:167ish lbs - Breakfast: 1/2 pumpin muffin, fruit cup, no sugar added hot cocoa/Snack: Goldfish pouch, 1/4 cup 100% unsweetened unsalted peacan halves/Lunch: Healthy CHoice chicken alfredo (includes veggie medley and cheery crisp)/Snack: bowl of veggie soup, half a whole wheat role w/ Smart Balalnce/Dinner: sauted ham and roasted potatoes, salad, broccoli/Dessert: (if I have it) yogurt whip, 1/2 cup of lowfat ice cream, or square of dark chocolate./Exercise: 10 min of intense cardio/ strength trainng abs wotrkoud dvd, 10 weight lifts. How did I do?
