Ht. 5'2, Wt. 201 - this is what I had today Breakfast scramlbed eggs and water. For lunch lean cusine water and 100 cal pudding. Supper hamburger helper and water I don't know what else. For exercise cardio.How I Do

Well calorie wise you did fine, but find ways to include more veggies and whole grains as well as calcium in your diet. Your body will thank you.
