Ht. 5'2, Wt. 200 - this is what I had today. Breakfast grapes and a egg mcmuffin from mcdonlads without the egg and water. Lunch lean cusine 330 cal and water plus a small reses pices. For supper probly chicken noodle soup or fast food if I do get fast food i will get healthy stuff. For snack poptart and grapes with a small piece of ham. For exercise I played vollyball for 1 recess for 2nd recess I walked and run with my friend for p.e. we played crab soccer. How I do.

poptarts arent good they are way sugary. but they are good i gotta say. i have a poptarts shirt hehe.

volleybaal doesnt give u good exercise neither does crab soocer, try getting exercise out of school, like join ateam or go jogging or somethin

the egg is the healthiest part withouht that ur just having fat and carbs, try ur egg mcmuffin withought the bun
