Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S: 184 N:169 CG: 165 - I thnk it's becuase I'm gonna get my period, but today I wieghed myself and I was 169 and not 167. But oh well it's a new month! I's like to be 165 by Christmas. (cg+ current goal) my ultimate goal is 145. Food today: Breakfast: 2 fat free whole grian pancakes with chopped 1/2 of a banana, 2tbs. of sugar free syrup (I'm not going to use it anymore. artificial sweetners! eegad! they're so bad for you!)/no sugar added hot cocoa/Snack: grapes/Lunch: lowfat ham and cheese sandwhich on Italian role, water, South Beach Diet Peanut Butter cookies/Snack: lowfat yogurt with dried apple crunchies inside/Dinner: (plan) two unbreaded, backed, lean chicken drumsticks, baked potatoe with light sour cream and salsa, salad, pudding. Exercise: I'm not sure. It depends how much time I have I will eiither do my 30 workout of my intense 10min. ab routinwith ten weight lifts.

2 lbs in 2 months?? that doens't seem right! youneed to start eating less and eat less sodium. all those healthy choice stuff you're having is probly not hleping. you should be able to lose around 15 lbs by christmas. not 2.
