Ht. 5'4", Wt. S: 222.8 C: 200 - Hello all, how is everyone doing? I'm doing awesome. I haven't been on here for a while, but I recently(well, 8 weeks ago) started Weight Watchers and I have become a totally different person. I'm loving every minute of it. To me, it's not a diet, but a lifestyle change. I'm learning the "right" and healthy foods to eat, portion size, moderation, as well as excersize. I have been over weight for a lot of my life and I've finally found something that really works for me. I know that it's hard to try losing, trust me, I've been there, but once you start losing...the first 5 pounds, then 10 and so on, it'll just become a habit(healthy living/eating) and you won't even know how to go back to your old ways and won't want to because the results that you're getting are so great. Just stick with it and I know everyone on here can succeed. I'm currently down 22.8 pounds, but I have a long way to go still...probably another 56 pounds, but I'm dedicated now. Good luck everyone. lol and sorry this post kinda jumped around a little. :)

umm, well anyone that thinks they can just go on a diet and lose the weight and then once it's gone just stop the diet and go back to eating "normally" won't keep it off. you've gotta change your whole lifestyle, otherwise, you're just going to lose a bunch(maybe) and then gain it all back and then lose and so on. so yeah. i personally don't think it's Corney.
